1. Preliminary Consultation

Our primary goal is to understand what you are aiming to achieve and in which industry you operate. We will then supply you with a time scale and price for the work being commissioned.

Each of our clients are individuals, so we will provide a solution tailored to your specific needs.

2. Pre-production

Once you are happy to proceed we will then get to work on your project, we’ll rough out some designs for you and submit them for you to review. Then based on your feedback we’ll work these up into drafts (comps) so you’ll have a good idea of what your project, be it a website or print design, will look like.

We will liaise closely with you during this design process to ensure we are all heading in the same direction, this can easily be done via email or if you are local we are always happy to meet with you if required.

3. Project Lift Off

Once you have approved the drafts, we will now push on full steam with your project. Our team will be able to keep you informed of the progress of your project, so that you know everything is on time and in budget.

4. Tweaks and Changes

Experience has shown us that all clients like to make final alternations to their projects. At this stage you can provide us with feedback so that we can make the necessary alterations to achieve the optimum result.

5. Completion

This is where things go live. This may be a website becoming active or sending off print orders for clients. The project may be completed, but as far as we are concerned this is not the end of the relationship.
